ICE genuinely recognise the importance of giving back to the community. Given that, we actively engage our staff and stakeholders to support charity initiatives in Australia and across the globe.
We have taken part in a range of fundraising campaigns, proudly raising over 17K in the last years. See in details below.
The Cru Charity Golf Club
Our team in Melbourne proudly attended the Cargo Club Charity Golf Day in support of Cri Du Chat Support Group of Australia. The $1,000 donated served to support those who have family members or friends with Cri Du Chat syndrome.
In previous years, we also sponsored a number of functions from Chatswood Rotary Club annual Golf Club, with all the proceeds going to Lifeline.
Eastern Lions Soccer Club (ELSC)
We are a Gold sponsor of the Eastern Lions Soccer Club contributing $10,000 to help with the club administration and the various teams they support.
Our staff raised a total of $475 for completing the Movember Challenge in support of awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s suicide.
Food Bank Christmas Hampers
Our ladies in Brisbane joined Foodbank Australia, Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia – SCLAA and hundreds of volunteers to prepare more than 1MILLION Christmas hampers to support +8,000 families across Australia.
Student College Sponsorship
Le Thi Hong is our Vietnamese sponsored student who was able to go to college thanks to our donation to Lifestart foundation. She is currently enrolled in her first year of Danang University Of Foreign Languages.
Push up challenge 2020
Our staff bravely completed a 777 (7km per day for 7 days) challenge in support of Bravehearts foundation. Together, we were able to raise over $1,700 for awareness and prevention of child sexual assault and exploitation.
Australian Bushfires 2020
We are pleased to announce that we have raised $1,453 through our staff donations. ICE doubled the amount and added an extra $2,000 to the Bendigo Bank National Bushfire Disaster Appeal. In total, donations from ICE and Staff come to $4,196 for the fires.
